S parameter (300kHz-12GHz)

Hi there,

I'm looking for S-parameter for parts below.

HMC998APM5E, HMC797APM5E, HMC465LP5, HMC5805A, HMC930, HMC460LC5 HMC459 

Although the freq response for some of the parts stated supporting 0-20GHz, but in the S-parameter file only have data showing from 0.01GHz.

Could you hep to confirm if these parts are tested and is it capable as low as 300KHz?

    Hi Carmen,

                      HMC465LP5 has 30 KHz to 9 GHz S-Par data. Bottom of the first TPC page.

    HMC998APM5E has 100 KHz to 9 GHz S-Par data. Top of the first TPC page.

    HMC930A-DIe has 30KHz to 3 GHz S-Par data. Fig 11.

    HMC460LC5 has 30 KHz to 1GHz S-Par data. Bottom of the first TPC page.

     HMC459-DIE has 30 KHz to 9 GHz S-Par data. Bottom of the first TPC page.

    HMC797APM5E, HMC5805A, have nothing internal that would prevent operation down to dc. But were not measured at the lower frequency band.
