Hi
Per Data sheet of HMC1081 mixer, 1dB Gain Comp input level +10dBm typ at Up conversion .
Also max rating RF input +3dBm??
Do you have any data for RF input 1dB comp? 60GHz is fine.

The HMC1081 is a double balanced mixer. It can be used as an upconverter or a downconverter, with DC to 26 GHz at the IF port and 50 to 75 GHz at the RF...

Hi Tatsu,
The IP1dB and Absolute Max states different things.
In the lab the part was pulsed to measure P1dB so that it is reliable.
The absolute max for the RF and IF for the part is determined by the max current handlings of the diode fingers, assuming an LO is applied as well. Above this absolute max power if a CW signal is applied for a long period the part might function but not be reliable in the long term. For higher RF/IF absolute power handling the LO Power needs to be reduced.
We do not have 1dB input compression data for downconversion.
