Hi,
I have 3.3V control signals LVCMOS coming from FPGA to be interfaced with HMC322ALP4E. Can some one please give me an easy circuit here?
Datahseets give for TTL, please provide it for 3.3V LVCMOS, we are confused in this area.

Whether 5V TTL logic given in datahseet is actually compatible with any 5V digital logic here?
Can i use a 3.3V to 5V level shifter available in markets and then interface using the circuit given in the datasheet?
I think, you need not to go such complicated way. The schematic on the figure "TTL Interface Circuit" shall work also for 3.3V logic. Log"0" = 0.0V will be translated to Vee=-5V, it is OK. Log"1" = 3.3V will be translated to -1.7V. For HCL logic is H state defined as U>2V, thus -1.7V>(-5V+2V) => it will work.
