ADF5610 LINUX DRIVER

Thanks in advance.

we are trying to write the VCO BUIT IN TEST functionality for ADF5610 in Linux driver and not able to get any reference source code.

Also we have searched datasheet and many other places for this case, but not able to get the exact solution.

Please suggest the solution.

Thanks,

Deepan

    Hi Deepan,

Are you referring to the VCO calibration by-pass or BIST register?

The BIST register is reserved so we don't support using this register. VCO Calibration By-pass is not something that we have example code on. So the information in the datasheet could be followed for this.

  • Hi Kieran,

    Thanks for your response.

we are trying create a "VCO Built In Self Test (BIST) with Autocalibration" from the data sheet of ADF5610.

But we are not clear about the implementation while implementing this part in our Linux driver environment.

Please suggest me the reference code and implementation method.

Also we are not looking the BIST register. Thanks for the BIST register information.

    Regards,

    Deepan

    Hi Deepan,

There is no reference code for the VCO BIST with Autocalibration.

The register writes necessary to perform this function are detailed in the VCO Built In Self Test (BIST) with Autocalibration section. Can you give some details are to what you need to use it for?

    Thanks,

    Kieran
