Hi Saravana,
The 8205 is a CW part. Do you need it pulsed or need gate control? If so, unfortunately we do not have any Automatic Bias Control parts at 50V.
I cannot provide a full schematic yet but I do have a block diagram with a way to control the gate and some other information that might be of use to you in the ppt attached.

for this Specification i verified HMC8500 Power Amplifier its Suitable for this Application.
Can you pls Clarify for Return Loss of 7dB in HMC8500. any thing we need to add additional Circuit for increasing return Loss.

~7dB is around what is expected for return loss at the frequencies you've listed. I will look into ways to possibly improve the return loss at those frequencies.

Unfortunately we do not currently have a discrete bias controller solution for the HMC8205BF10 (or any part with similar specifications). We are in the process of developing a solution and hope to release demo boards sometime in the near future.
