Power on HMC1040LP3CE

Question

Hello, 
 
 It looks like HMC1040LP3CE has three VDDs. 
 But I'm curious whether I can tie them up and apply the same voltage like the picture below. 
 Is it going to be okay? If not, what point should I tie?

Hi kimhaein, 
 
 I would suggest tying them together after the bypass capacitors. All three Vdd's should have their own cap and then you can tie them together after.
