My client inquired about RF Power amp.
I have never majored in RF, so please give me an answer.
It is a question about HMC952.
1. The drain shall be switched on and the gate shall be applied on power-on.
The power shall be switched off in reverse order in the off-time.
Can you provide a controlled circuit diagram?
2. Should I attach an isolator to the output of HMC952?
(How much is the output ruggedness ?)
3. Could you provide me with a document to help me develop HMC952?
