Q. ADAR1000-EVALZ vs ADAR1000-EVAL1Z

Hello.
I searched the ADAR1000 EVB on the ADI homepage and the PN of the ADAR1000 EVB is ADAR1000-EVALZ.
However, ADAR1000-EVAL1Z also appears in the ADAR1000 video posted on the homepage.
I would like to know if there is a separate ADAR1000-EVAL1Z or is it just a typo.
I look forward to your quick response.

  • This isn't a typo.  Right now the board number for the Stingray demonstration board is "ADAR1000-EVAL1Z".  Currently it is not for sale on analog.com, but should be relatively soon.

  • Hi jdobler,

Is there any specific/estimated date from which I would be able to purchase the ADAR1000-EVAL1Z?

In case this item is still not for sale, is there any other possible solution that allows me to connect a 32 element array? I checked in the datasheet from ADAR1000 but it says it is only possible to daisy-chain up to 4 of these boards (4x4 = 16 antennas).

Hope you can help on this matter.

    Many thanks,

    Pascual
