Hi there,
The HMC7810A output rise edge is 13ps in its datasheet.
To achieve this rise edge, should I drive it with a 13ps rise edge signal?
Can I drive it with 1ns rise signal to generate a 13ps rise signal at the output?
Best Regards,
York

Hi,
HMC7810 is a linear amplifier, 13ps is referring to its bandwidth. You need to drive 13ps at the input to have 13ps at the output.
