HMC830 Open Mode Chip Address

I'm planning on using Serial Port Open Mode to communicate to a group of eight HMC830 chips across a single serial bus. I noticed that Open Mode uses a 3-bit chip address that allows you to read/write with a specific device on a bus. As the operating manual says, the default chip address for an RF PLL with VCO is 000b. I need to be able to communicate with each chip individually, but I am not aware of how I would change these chip addresses to avoid address conflicts between the chips when attempting to read/write to a specific one.

So, how would I go about giving or ensuring that each HMC830 chip a unique address so that I may communicate with them one-by-one in Serial Port Open Mode?
