We have P/N AD641AP with Date Codes 0043, 0045, 0313, and 0320. The Die (wafer) marking found on all devices is AD640 ADI M 1988. The back side injector had PHILIPPINES with various numbers such as 04,07 etc. which varies but not unusual to see. If someone can confirm die markings to this P/N and also confirm that the markings 04, 07, 17 are not unusual that would help our inspection process.

Yes, I understand your response. Could you at least confirm that the Die marking looks to be acceptable for this Top marking. Our inspection process includes at least authenticating Die marking to top marking.

Unfortunately, we cannot verify parts by looking at markings. Authenticity can only be done by retracing parts back through point of purchase. Thanks for your understanding.
