Hello,


      We are using AD8362 ,just find for 10% chips the output voltage is 3db lower than real value. For further confirm, the deviation error is 3db under -45dbm input with 900M. From spec the value should under -1.7db.     Are you saying the 10% affected population of parts have 3dB error below -45dBm, but no problem above -45dBm?
    

    Datasheet Figure 18 shows the log conformance error for up to 3*Sigma. Individual room temp calibration of slope and intercept is necessary across the linear portion of the response curve.
