ADL5304 current direction

Question

Hi, 
 We use electron multiplier. So the signal current flows in the opposite direction. Is there anyway or a modification so we can use this amplifier?

 You might look at the Current Mirror products, ADL5315 or the high voltage version, ADL5317 designed for APDs. Each part has an App Note showing typical usage. -BruceH)
