Hello all,
Can anyone suggest me RF power log detector with following specifications
1. Input frequency range 500M to 10GHz
2. Input power dynamic range 40dB
3. with ±0.5 db accuracy (This is the most important parameter for me)
4. Most prefer one +ve slop detector.
5. Slop should be > 30mV/db
I want to detect RF power with ±0.5 db accuracy over -20 to +55º C temperature range.
Anyone can suggest me the better method to measure it.
