Hi, I am looking for a power amplifier for pulsed operation at 300MHz RF carrier.
I need to know the rise time of the folowwing models: HMC8500PM5E and HMC1099PM5E
do you have this parmater measured?
or can I use LTSPICE or ADS simulation to measure it?
