Hi Roy, The fractional spur values are every application-specific..., the lower you can make your loop filter the more attenuation you will get , that said, the ADF4159 uses a very large modulus which effectively spreads the fractional spurs into the noise floor, see page 34 of the datasheet. regards Brigid.
