    Figure 1 shows the residual phase noise of HMC797APM5, measured at an output power of 23.6 dBm (PIN = 11 dBm) at 8 GHz. Figure 2 shows the baseline phase noise of the measurement setup. At all carrier offset frequencies, the measurement is dominated by the baseline phase noise of the measurement setup, suggesting that the device's residual phase noise may be better than what is shown in the measurement.
