Interface Components

I'm looking to build a simple source/control using the HMC358 Oscillator and the HMC812ALC4 Attenuator.

This is my fist layout of a microwave PCB, and was looking at the recommended interface schematics for the IC's.  Is there a good reference note that helps with proper component selection for these interfaces?

In particular, cap selection, and ESD component selection.  I looked through quite a few datasheets, and frequency graphs typically stop at 2-4GHz.  I'll be operating at 6.650GHz max frequency, and would like to know if there is a source/knowledge-base that you folks with experience typically look to for proper interface components.
