Various temperature of components

Question

Dear Sir, 
 I am doing thermal simulation of some of your components,for that i need some thermal data of those ICs, which is missing in the data sheet. Please provide the thermal data (Junction to Ambient ,Junction to case and Junction to PCB )of following IC's . 
 LTM 4622AEV#PBF 
 LT8650SIV#PBF 
 HMC1082LP4E 
 HMC952ALP5G

Hi Prateek, 
 
 I can reply for HMC1082 and HMC952: 
 There is Resistance Junction to case for both of these parts and that is all we provide because most temperature goes from inside chip to case.
