I downloaded the gerber file of ADMV1013 EVAL BOARD.The ADMV1013-EVALZ evaluation board material between Layer 1 and Layer 2 is made of 10.7 mil Rogers 4350B LoPRo,and I found that the wdith of transmission line on the board is about 0.343mm,while I caculated the width of 50Ω transmission line is about 0.59mm.So I would like to ask you why?

I think you might be using a microstrip model to calculate the width of a 50 ohm trace. Switching to a grounded coplanar waveguide model will give a result which is closer to the trace of the board.
I switched to a GCPW model in the linecal toolbox of ADS,and the calculated characteristic impedance is 58Ω。and the calculated result of electromagnetic simulation in ANSYS is 62Ω。
I am wondering about that if it is because I input any incorrect value to the software?

I switched some of the parameters and I get a value of 55 ohms. Doing a 2.5D EM sim till 50GHz will give a value closer to 50ohms.
