What does normal operation mean here? If I want to calibrate both Tx to REF_CODE: 100 once and keep switching between Tx1 and Tx2, should I keep this bit set to 1 every time?
No, this bit is only set to "1" as part of the init sequence or the recal sequence as described on page 23 and page 24 of the datasheet regards Brigid.
