      Hi,
      

      HMC347ALP3E had been measured down to 100 MHz for power compression performance. HMC347ALP3E like other GaAs switches will start degrading power compression/handling below ~200 MHz. Based on test data of similar products, HMC347ALP3E would degrade power compression/handling by ~10dB at 10MHz compared to GHz frequency range.
