We are students of POSTECH in South Korea (Republic of Korea).
Through Mouser Korea, we bought the signal generator, HMC-T2220. However, we have a problem with the equipment.
We would like to diagnose the equipment and get a quotation for the repair of the equipment if it is needed to repair.
We already contacted to the Analog Device Korea and Mouser Korea. But they ask us to contact to the Analog Device's headquarter, because they cannot handle repair service.
Could you let us know how to contact the person who can handle this problem?
We also would like to know 1) how we can send the equipment by using the shipping service 2) how long it will take to diagnose or repair the equipment
3) expected fee for repair or diagnosis.
