HMC564LC4 for pulse operation

Dear sir, 
 Is HMC564LC4 compatible with pulsed applications ? 
 I mean by pulsing the drain. 
 If yes, what are the Raising & Falling time ?

Yes, This part would be compatible with pulsing the drain. You would need to design a circuit and measure the results. The by pass capacitors on the drain will affect the rise and fall times. Some experimentation might be required to get the enough by passing to maintain device stability and suitable rise and fall time.)
