I have purchased a default eval board of ADL5324 as per below link and data given, this eval board works quite well in the 2.2 GHz to 2.3 GHz
But, data does not match with our purchased default eval board of ADL5324. please find attached file of measurement between 2.2 to 2.3 GHz
I have set VCC= 5 V. gain =11.87 dB, input return loss=4.42 dB and output return loss=6.74 dB measured at 2250 MHz frequency.
Please provide guidance.
Attached is a broad band sweep of the default tuning. the frequency of interest is in an area where the part rolls off. Due to slight variation in assembly, part to part variation and component tolerance there is a larger than desired gain variation.
I suggest using the alternate tuning enash provided on 8/27/19.1512.ADL53241800_2300_MHz .zip
Thanks for your guidance.
As per 1800-2300 MHz tuning, input return loss at our required frequency 2250MHz is still poor .
also, can you please provide us a layout , schematic for the same(1800-2300 MHz) , so that results can be replicate as per our requirement.
Also, Is it possible for you to provide non linear model for ADL5324?
Attached is the placement diagram used to reconfigure the ADL5320 for 1800 - 2300 MHz. There isn't a schematic but a pictorial assembly diagram showing component placement. There are letters and numbers along the RF traces. These are a guide to component location.
You may download the non linear model from the below link. The model is for Keysight Genesys or SystemVue.
