[HMC7748] Can I use this when input is few-ns-width

Hello.

I want to amplify voltage of  few-ns-width pulse signal to ~100 V.

When I input pulse to HMC7748, would it work?

if it did, were there any way to calculate to estimated maximum output voltage and gain of pulse signal?

Regards,

When you say that you want to amplify a pulse, to you mean a short RF burst or  do you mean a voltage that is zero and they jumps up to, say, 1V for a few ns and then returns to 0V.  I think that you mean the second type of signal. I think that the internal ac-coupling of the module would mess things up. These devices are really designed to accept RF signals.  So I would not recommend this device.
