I want to get output Voltage larger than 100 V peak to peak.
So I have some questions in the data sheet from figure 25.
< Output Power (POUT), Gain vs input power at 1 GHz >
for example, when
Input: 24 dBm / Gain: 21 dB / output: 45 dBm
Input: (~3.5 Vrms) = (~10 Vpp) / output: (~40 Vrms) = (~110 Vpp) right??
Then what would outcome be when I input 10 V-10 ns widh pulse to "HMC8205BF10" ?
How can I calculate the out voltage?
and the pulse width of outcome would be similar to input?
Your example calculations are correct. The pulse width at the output would be the same as the input. What exactly providing at the input? an RF burst that is 10 nS wide?

(2) pulse with ~10 ns width
Vpp, reference of voltage is what I'm interesting.
I've attached a table of power levels and their corresponding voltages. This table is with respect to a 50 ohm characteristic impedance. The HMC8205B is an RF power amplifier and we normally talk about its input and out put levels in terms of power and not voltage.

Then provided that input is DC pulse (10 ns width), could it amplify similarly?
And then, is the saturated output peak voltage of square pulse related to Vrms of RF power?
The lowest operating frequency the HMC8205BF10 will operate at is 300 MHz. So, no it won't be able to handle a dc pulse.
Your first condition: 380 MHz 10V p-p should be fine . that translates to 27 dBm re: 50 ohms for a square wave and leaves you some margin. The absolute max input rating is 35 dBm or 25V p-p for a pulse re 50 ohms.
I've attached a link to a calculator which will help you convert between voltage levels and power. The waveform can be changed as well as the characteristic impedance. the HMC8205B is a 50 ohm characteristic impedance.

The EVB info is in the datasheet. A separate EVB user guide isn't available for this part.
