The maximum RF power input for HMC263LP4E as per daatsheet is -5dBm for Vdd:3VDC IN.
Please let us know the additional details of HMC263LP4E:
1. RF maximum input for Vdd:5VDC IN
2. Can the LNA handle peak leakage power from limiter of 24dBm to 30dBm in DC OFF condition. If yes, the LNA DC IN will be switched ON and OFF with pulse width 200nS and PRI 50uS
3. Is the LNA operational as specified in datasheet wrt. Gain, NF with ON/OFF power cycle of pulse width 200nS having a rise time/fall time <20nS
I think I have replied to the same question thru emails, but in case I am mistaken I will answer here as well.
We would not recommend this high leakage scenario even it is pulse.
