Do you mean "0 dBm output power" or "no output" by saying "RF output as 0"?

The marked settings are for the VCO band selection timing. What is the requirement of your application?

What is the bandwidth that you are referring to?

yes ,,actual i need generate a pulse signal , on and off . on for 40msec milisecond and off for 100 milisecond . this is thing i need to do .. and then power should be 100-300 mW

then how to make 0 dbm is it possible ?

Hi Balapavi,

Minimum output frequency for ADF4351 is 35 MHz with %50 duty cycle. It is not the right part for your application. Your application requires a timer. You can check TimerBlox products from below link.

I think what you need can be done by using LTC6991. You can use TimerBlox tool from the following link.

I created an example using TimerBlox tool as below. You can change the values according to your requirements.
