Hi,
I am looking at a few ADI RF switches, ADRF5024, ADRF5025, and ADRF5047. I notice the VDD, VSS, and CTL voltage/current specifications for these switches are all very similar except the ADRF5047 has specified VCTL low of 0V to 1.2V and VCTL High of 0.8V to 3.3V. I am wondering if this is possible a mistake as VCTL high min is below VCTL low max. I am wondering if the 0.8V and 1.2V were swapped by accident in this datasheet as compared to the ADRF5024 and ADRF5025 datasheets. See below image for reference.
Thanks!
Yes Vctl low max and Vctl high min were swapped by mistake in the preliminary datasheet. ADRF5047 will be released to production shortly and that mistake will be corrected in the datasheet.
Best.
