HMC1097 - Phase error

I am testing HMC1097 currently and my IQ input frequency of 35 Mhz, LO 467Mhz
The results of RF_out have been obtained that the upper and lower boundary frequencies are:

432Mhz (-19dbm), 501Mhz (-29dbm). According to Specifications, the 501Mhz component is 40db compressed compared to the lower boundary signal
I have measured the phase difference between IQ input using MSO 3054 oscilloscope results in a deviation of 10 degrees. This component will affect the quality of IQ mixing.

My question is: how much of a phase error is achieving 40dBc compression and please advice is there a way to calibrate the phase difference.
