 I have a question about HMC595AE. 
 My customer is now trying to select the above device. 
 Among them, it is required to show the junction temperature. 
 There was no explanation in the data sheet, could you tell me? 
 Can you tell me the information?

Hi, 
 HMC595A is specified to have thermal resistance of 109 C/W from junction to die bottom and maximum junction temperature rating of 150 C.
