HMC870 Vdd Supply bias net work

Question

Hi all, 
 
 In the Application Circuit @ HMC870 datasheet, there is following informatin. 
 NOTE 1: Drain Bias (Vdd) must be applied through a broadband bias tee or external bias network. 
 
 Is the choke coil necessary for drain bias ? 
 Is it available, recommended part number for the choke coil ? 
 ,for example "Coilcraft/0603LS" ?

Hi, 
 At the output of HMC870, a broadband bias tee is required to provide a bias at the output RF pin. 
 On the eval board, that part is CC21T36K240G5-C from Piconics
