HMC588LC4BTR two die code

I bought HMC588LC4BTR   from Arrow on line  1805+  and another Chinese agent 1812+,

because there is somthing differences on the labels 

Therefore, I have tested the goods through the white horse inspection agency in China and the AAA inspection agency in the United States.

The result is that both goods are OK on X-ray and various functional tests,

but the wafers and labels are different.

I want to ask if this phenomenon is normal?

The same is 2018+, why are there two wafers?

How can a foreign label appear a word error? Is this normal?

Can you confirm the die code of the wafer?

how can i get the answer ?
