What is the RF input sensitivity.
The absolute max is 0dBm but a i don't find any information about the minimum and maximum RF input range to make sure that the device works perfectly.

I think you speak about RF port of this mixer. From point of RF-port view, an ideal mixer is linear device. Input signal is multiplied by a*e^(j*ω*t). So the minimum/maximum input signal comes out from your calculated Level Diagram (not from datasheet). Minimum level is a function of system Noise Figure. Maximum level is a function of required system IIP3.
