    Hi All,
    

    How to create the /WR and RD command? In the datasheet SPI write OP the first is /WR. The /WR is zero? or other command for it?
    

    btw, Is I need send 32bit data to HMC764? 1 is /WR + 6bit reg address + 24 bit data + 1 bit x??

      Write vs Read depends on the state of SEN and SDI. Please refer to the timing diagram and description on pages 13 & 14 of the user guide titled, PLL's with Integrated VCO Microwave Applications Product and Operating Guide for more information.  This is available on the Full Product page for the HMC764.
