HMC321 response time delay

Hello I'm RF engineer.

I'm using HMC321 to divide RF band.

When I change the path RF1 to RF2, It need some delay time.

It doesn't mean switching time, the time is reaching final value of settling time 0.05dB(98.86% of the final value).

Now. I can not find about this information, it would be GaAs gate lag...

But I'm not sure. If It has gate lag, It would be less than 1ms.... but this time needs more than 300ms and power variation is more thean 0.1dB.

I captured image file. I don't know why this time delay is happend.

    We don't have settling time measurement data for HMC321. Your measurement result should be correct as I have measured some other GaAs switches having 0.1dB settling times of a couple hundred ms due to gate lag.

    Our switches designed in SOI process offer fast settling times but we don't have any SP8T switches in SOI at the moment.
