How can i use HMC349ALP4CE in DC mode.I would like to use HMC349ALP4CE SPDT SWITCH in DC-500MHz frequancy .so can you please mention is there i need to change the circuit.
Thanks in advance.

The HMC349ALP4CE is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-pole,
double throw (SPDT) switch, specified from 100 MHz to 4 GHz.

Hi saigupta,
Unfortunately, the start frequencies in some of the older HMC datasheets were incorrectly stated, and the HMC349ALP4CE cannot be operated at DC frequencies.
We plan to fix this when converting our HMC datasheets to the ADI format in the future.
Thanks,
HK.
Hi saigupta,
What is the power level you are looking to operate at?
The HMC349ALP4CE can be used at 10kHz with degraded power handling and linearity.
Instead, I would recommend the newer pin-compatible silicon alternative, HMC8038. The HMC8038 also has degraded power handling and linearity performance at 10kHz, however, the performance holds better than the HMC349A at lower frequencies. Please see attached.
