HMC241AQS16 DC - 3.5 GHz ?

Hi sss,

The HMC241AQS16 cannot be operated at true DC frequency. The min frequency would be 100 MHz.

This was incorrectly stated in the old Hittite-formatted datasheets.
We plan to correct this when we convert the these datasheets from the HMC-format to the ADI-format in the future.

     From the latest datasheet @ HMC241AQS16E, the min frequency is 0, can it be operated at true DC frequency now? if not, what's the min frequency? 

     can I get your feedback asap? this is important to our design.

This part cannot operate at true DC (0 Hz), below 300MHz, there'll be degradation on linearity and power handling, the small signal performance should be fine down to lower frequencies except the return loss on the termination path degrades significantly below 200MHz..
