In the datasheet @ HMC241AQS16,Covering DC - 3.5 GHz frequency range.
what does it means, " from DC " ?
Is it available the continuous DC current and voltage, per channel, RFC, RFx ?
What is the Absolute Maximum Ratings for DC @ these channels ?
The HMC241AQS16 cannot be operated at true DC frequency. The min frequency would be 100 MHz.
This was incorrectly stated in the old Hittite-formatted datasheets. We plan to correct this when we convert the these datasheets from the HMC-format to the ADI-format in the future.
I tried this switch RF IC at 13.56 MHZ (HF) and switch seems not to work. Also, isolation between channels seems not operationnal since RFC is seen on the whole 4 RFx channels.
Would I have to change this IC for this one to work @ 13.56Mhz: HMC244AG16
The switch is operational down to ~10s of kilohertz.
However, there is a degradation in power handling and linearity. What RF power level does your application need?
Do you have data with S-params down to let's say 10kHz?
Will it work with acceptable characteristics if my RF power levels are less the -20dBm?
Does this (work on near DC) apply to HMC241ALP3E?
