Hello,
I intend to use HMC902LP3E with self-bias configuration (i.e. Vgg1,2 = 0V). Could you confirm that I can use the following Turn ON/OFF procedure:
Turn ON:
1. Set Vgg1,2 and Vdd1,2 to 0 V
2. Set Vdd1,2 to 3.5 V
3. Apply RF power
Turn OFF:
1. Stop RF power
2. Set Vdd1,2 to 0 V
So, can I avoid using any negative voltage for this amplifier?
