ADF9010 VCO Spurious Frequencies

Hi, ADI Experts 
 How could we understand " Spurious Frequencies at Output Channel Spacing" in datasheet P5? one of the NOISE CHARACTERISTICS of integrated VCO, Thank you very much!

The VCO runs at 4x the output frequency, so 1MHz PFD will be give 250kHz channel steps.)
