HMC973ALP3E - Settling time spec

Hello Gentleman, Hope all is fine!

Could you please address this one as I looked at EZ and found this topic:
I believe that is not exactly the settling time I am referring to. The setup response time, I believe is different from the response time for enabling. The current question is what is the response time (stabilization) when we change the control voltage. For example, there is a competitor component and in datasheet it says that it takes 1.5us to achieve an accuracy of +/- 0.1dB when a variation of 1dB is set. That is, at 1.5us it would be in the range of 0.9 to 1.1dB.
Could you please give me this graph or any more details?

    I am very interested in receiving the information about the settling time of the HMC973ALP3E as well. Not sure if any answers have already been provided to Juliano 3 years ago, but it seems that they are no longer posted.

    I assume that as the attenuator's substrate is GaAs, that the response time to a change in the control voltage is fast (~10ns). Could you please provide some information about this?

    A prompt response is highly appreciated.
