I just received several AD-T1LUSB2.0-EBZ dev kits, but cannot get them to connect to Mac computers (running macOS 14.6.1).
They enumerate in the device tree as a "Vendor-Specific Device". I did a bit of searching and it appears Microchip publishes a driver for the LAN9500A part on the board that acts as the USB-MII bridge, but the driver isn't signed and therefore cannot be installed on recent Macs without disabling a lot of kernel protections.
Is there a solution to this, other than using a different OS or disabling kernel protections? I couldn't find any mention in the user guide.
