EV_FLOWMETER-ARDZ BOARD (MAX35101) CONFIGURATION SUPPORT

Hello Rishikesh, this daughter board is designed for the MAX32670-SX-ARDZ baseboard. We provide resources for this sensor node. You can install the application from (https://wiki.analog.com/_media/resources/eval/user-guides/longrangewirelessradio/ad-max32wise-slz_firmware.zip) to access resources for SPI communication. By default, a folder will be installed at C:\Analog Devices\AD-MAX32WISE-SLZ-Rel1.0.0\Software\ad_max32wise_src on your local files. From there, you can start developing your own code based on your application.

It will be very helpful if you let me know whether I can configure this board using Arduino Uno.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I used a voltage divider resistor network and it actually worked. Now I am configuring the registers to read the Time of Flight values, I am using a 200kHz transducer . But facing issues while configuring the registers, When I try to read the register which stores the Time of flight value it shows value 0xFFFF which is not a proper value. What may be the issues? Also help me to configure, I have tried many configurations but I couldn't get a proper value. So kindly give me some suggestions, also help me if you have any documents or links which help me to configure these registers.

Hello Rishikesh , the 0xFFFF value shows that you have no communication on your SPI device. You can try to test other registers if you can read values other than 0xFFFF.

Yeah , I made some improvements . When I check the transducer at the receiver side using an oscilloscope the pulse that i received is visible and it matches with the pulse frequency that is transmitted. But the issue is that I couldn't get the TOF value from the register. What may be the issue?

Rishikesh Can you share how you implement your voltage divider?

I Used a 1.2k and 2.4k resistor in series to build a voltage divider which converst 5v to 3.3v. I used these for MOSI,SCK,and CS line. Not used for MISO line. 
But the main problem I am facing is on detecting the signal which is produced by the transducer. Actually the signal is received at the receiver transducer when checked using an oscilloscope ,but the issue is this is not detected by the MAX35101 as an ultrasonic pulse. Could you please provide a configuration that properly works on this IC.Or could you help me to how to set comparator offset voltage.

Could you say which is best suited Ultrasonic transducer for this device to use in water.Also it will be very helpful if you give me the register configurations of this device.Please respond.

 Rishikesh We use Flow Transducer with Pipe (Model：HS0003) from Audiowell Sensor Technology. Here's also the link on the datasheet of MAX35101 (MAX35101 Datasheet and Product Info | Analog Devices) and the design files for the EV-FLOWMETER-ARDZ (EV-FLOWMETER-ARDZ Evaluation Board | Analog Devices).

Could you share,how you configured the registers of this MAX35101 IC, my issue is with confguraion of these registers.There are so many registers to configure, it will be really helpful if you share the register configurations. Since there is no user manual for this IC it is very difficult to configure.Also there is no examples available. I tried many configuration and I face issues.

how about programming MAX35101 in STM32CubeIDE is that library can be applicated on STM32 too?
