EVAL-CN0209-SDPZ : What's the jumper settings (LK1 ~ LK5) for RTD and Voltage measurement?

Hello, experts, 
 I'm trying to use the EVAL-CN0209-SDPZ with EVAL-SDP-CB1Z. 
 But I cannot find information about the jumper setting on EVAL-CN0209-SDPZ. 
 There are 5 jumpers from LK1 to LK5. 
 What's the purpose of these jumpers and wha'ts the right positions for each measurement?

Hi BTJ , 
 The shunt is used to enable or disable the differential voltage measurement. 
 Placing the shunt will serve as a common ground and will allow to have a single input voltage.
