Sensorpal with battery impedance

Product Number: CN0510

Software Version: sensorpal 2.5.2.7

Follow the instructions to connect EVAL-ADICUP3029 to the computer. We use Sensorpal to measurement battery impedance. After clicking "Measure", The software kept saying "preparing measurement" for two or three hours. And it can't star measuring. The software interface is shown in the following figure.

Also, you can try checking if the Sensorpal that you're using is the latest version by clicking on Help > About > Check for latest version.

It is the lastest version. And I followde the guide to do it again. It doesn't work. The software interface is "preparing measurement". It disappoints me.
