 You can get the design files of evkit and/or maxrefdes1161 from the product page https://www.analog.com/en/products/max12900.html#product-overview . 
 Scroll down to MAX12900EVKIT information and download the MAX12900EVKIT ODB++ files for the EV kit PCB layout. Schematic of the EV kit is in the datasheet. We do not provide .dsn file. Or scroll down to the MAXREFDES1161 information and download MAXREFDES1161 Design Files from there.
