EVAL-CN0537-ALGO purchasing question

Dear Sir/Madam, 
 
 I will have a purchasing in this month. 
 
 1. 10 Hrs of phone support : Is there an expiration date after purchase? 
 (I think it takes a lot of time to build an environment. I think the ADI ADPD188BI development engineer and the guaranteed 10 hours are meaningful after this test environment is established test environment.) 
 2. Can you give me the test environment information with EVAL-CN0537-ALGO before paying the license fee?

Hi Mike-Noh, 
 The 10 hours of phone support doesn't have a expiration date, but the concept is to ensure that you are able to understand the algorithm, firmware, and anything else you need to integrate our solution into your product. Please be aware that this time is dedicated for support, not for custom design/development work. 
 I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "test environment". But the source code provided for the algorithm and firmware is all written in C/C++ and the documentation provides all the details needed to understand the details and integrate into your solution.
