This KWIK (Know-how With Integrated Knowledge) Circuit application note offers a step by step guide on the elements to consider when designing an anti-aliasing filter with respect to the attenuation notch of a Sigma-Delta ADC. Noise can be spread out across all frequencies, with part of that noise present in the Nyquist zone and interfering with the signal of interest. This KWIK Circuit will focus on how to prevent this by introducing an anti-aliasing filter before the AD4130-8 Precision Sigma-Delta ADC in order to remove high frequency noise.
